RESOLVED, that the officers of the Society shall serve for a term of four (4) years from election. The provisions of this resolution shall become fully effective July, 2003 absent contest.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that any Member wishing to debate this resolution shall bring a call for debate within 6 months after the minutes are published in the Society newsletter (i.e., before July 2003).
